H.O.T. module and Workshop places are limited

• Fully complete the registration form. Incomplete registration forms will be returned for complete information.
  
• Placement in Hands-On-Training modules and Workshops is not reserved until registration form is properly completed and payment received.
  
• Payment for Early Bird registrants must be received by 30th June 2007. Registration and payment received after 30th June 2007 is subject to full registration fees.
  
• Please indicate your choice for H.O.T. modules or Workshops on the day(s) that you will be attending by marking your preferred choice(s). There is no refund for partial-day attendance.
  
• All trainees completing H.O.T. modules, Workshops and Conference sessions will be issued a 'Certificate of Attendance' as proof of their training.

• Hands-On Training (H.O.T.) modules will be reserved when payment is received.
  Class sizes are limited - Register Early!
  
• H.O.T. module participants must register and report to the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre by 7:00am on December 9th & 10th.
  
• Applications to attend H.O.T. modules will only be accepted from trainees currently employed in any of the following professions: Civil Defence Force fire departments, private sector fire forces in the industrial, marine, aviation, construction and petrochemical sectors, Government employees engaged in fire-fighting.
  
• The H.O.T. modules involve highly realistic exercises and therefore assume a basic working knowledge of fire-fighting on the part of the trainee. A liability waiver form will be issued to all trainees upon receipt of applications and this must be signed and submitted to PennWell registration staff on-site.
  There are no exceptions to these rules.
  
• Logistic equipment required for the H.O.T. modules will be provided on-site, but each trainee must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment, including turnout clothing, helmet, gloves and boots to the event. This cannot be provided on-site and failure to bring this will result in the trainee being refused access to the course.
  
• Full-day H.O.T. modules begin promptly at 9am.
  
• 3-hour Workshops begin promptly at 9am and 1pm.
  
• Lunch is provided for all H.O.T. Module / Workshop attendees.
  
• There is no refund for partial-day attendance.
  
• A 'Certificate of Attendance' will only be issued on the full completion of a H.O.T. module / Workshop.

• Signed liability waivers are required for all H.O.T. modules.

• H.O.T. trainees will need to bring their own personal protective equipment.
  
• SCBA will be provided when necessary.
